The Strasbourg Convention

The scene is set... the location: The Hotel Maison Rouge in Strasbourg, France. The year is 1944 and the month is July. With General Patton's Third Army just 100 miles to the west and advancing quickly, a very secure, top-secret, high-level meeting is convening in the hotel's then five-star meeting room. In attendance are representatives of the largest corporations of the crumbling National Socialist German "empire," many mid-level government officials, and much of the second-tier leadership of the Schutzstaffel (ϟϟ). Guarding the meeting was elite members of the ϟϟ with orders to "shoot first and ask questions later." The level of security was extremely high. Missing from this very secret meeting, Heinrich HImmler, the head of the ϟϟ, Herman Goering, the head of the Luftwaffe (German Air Force), Field Marshall Wilhelm Keitel, the chief of the Wehrmacht (German Army) High Command, and most noticably: the Führer, Adolf Hitler.

The surprising man in attendance at that meeting was an unnamed French spy who somehow snuck into the meeting and was able to transcribe the meeting for Allied intelligence. One could be led to wonder if Order of the Black Sun member, Allan Dulles may have arranged for his attendance at the meeting. The Transcription of this meeting was titled The Red House Report dated November 7, 1944 (Intelligence Report No EN-Pa 128). It is also possible that the Red House Report given to Allied Intelligence was a summary... only Allen and his brother John Foster Dulles got the complete report.

Dr. Otto Schied

Chairing this meeting was an "honorary" Lieutenant General: Dr. Otto Schied, an archiectect for Heche (Hermandorff & Schonburg) Company. His job chairing this meeting was a complete surprise to Allied intelligence. They would have expected Martin Bormann to have chaired the meeting because they were presenting his plans.

Dr. Schied would begin the meeting by explaining to the attendees that the War was lost and had been lost after Stalingrad, that the companies in attendance should prepare for this prospect. Honestly, most of them had already figured that out on their own. Dr. Schied further explained that all high-ranking National Socialist leaders would likely be tried as "war criminals." It was a legal concept that he did not begin to understand. Moving on to what he knew best, he then outlined the plan for a Fourth Reich based upon an economic order, not a political one. This plan was likely drawn up by Martin Borman with the assistance of General Hans Kammler, Heinrich "Gestapo" Müller, and Dr. Joseph Mengele. The "brains" behind this setup was Allan and John Foster Dulles, partners at the prominent Washington, D.C. law firm: Sullivan and Cromwell. That also meant that they could tap into the resources of that law firm and use the doctrine of "attorney-client" priviledge to hide their activities. The Germans further knew that only trusted partners of Sullivan and Cromwell would be privy to all the details. National Socialist International-CoverThe enumeration of this management team was first identified in the common literature by Dr. Joseph P. Farrell, an Oxford-trained scholar, who titled his book: National Socialist Internetional: The Nazis' Postwar Plan to Control Finance, Conflict, Physics, and Space.

Dr, Schied then explained that because Germany was losing the War, they would have to start moving their corprate assets out of the country. The plan was to form 700-800 new corporations all over the world to legally house these assets. This would not be a problem because many of the companies in attendance were already moving their current assets into banks in Switzerland, Argentina, and other "safe haven" countries. Therefore, Dr. Schied centered his comments on moving their Fixed and Intangible Assets into "safe locations" where the Allies could not confiscate them. The corporate executives were however, glad to see the government willing to foot the bill instead of them. The assistance of the American Law firm was also comforting to their concerns.

Once Dr. Scheid has alleviated many of their concerns, he began the process of explaining to the audience many of the mistakes the current National Socialist Regime had made in their current administration. He confessed that their biggest mistake was not involving the corporate leaders in the governmental processes. His plan was designed to alleviate that problem in the future, allowing the corporations to have a greater role in governance. He also explained that many of the megacorporations now in operation in Germany would have to be broken up. He gave I.G. Farben AG as an example. He explained that the large chemical company would have to be broken up into at least five different companies and at least three of them will have to move their headquarters to Switzerland. This would be sold to the Allies as an attempt to solve their own problems. He explained about the successes he witnessed when he went to Japan and saw how successful they were using decentralized management in their business operations. Since I.G. Farben AG was instrumental in the development and building of the concentration camp system, the Allies will want to see that company dismantled.

Once Dr. Schied finished with his keynote speech, the attendees would move into "breakout sessions" to address their organization's specific needs in the afternoon. As these people had lunch, they decided that the "less said, the better" would be the rule of lunch. The presence of the ϟϟ security in the dining hall did not make them comfortable.
